Short-Term Rental Management

  • Hiring Fee: $600 one-time fee to get started with us.

  • Listing & Setup: $250 for first listing, $150 for each listing after for multiple listings.

  • Deep Cleaning: Ranges from $400 and up, depending on property size and condition.

  • Management Fee: 15% of the nightly rate.

Mid-Term Rental Management

  • Management Fee: 15% of the monthly rent.

  • Deep Cleaning: Ranges from $400 to $1000 typically

  • $600 hiring fee

House Sitting

  • Based on the standard daily rates in the area, including mileage. Reach out to discuss your needs, and we’ll provide a personalized quote.

Pet Sitting

  • House sitting rate plus an additional pet care fee.

Handyman Services

  • Billed at $75 an hour
