Whether it’s managing bookings, scheduling cleanings, or handling guest communications, we take care of every detail. Our hands-on approach includes personally coordinating housekeepers or cleaning the properties ourselves. For any maintenance needs, my husband tackles lighter tasks, ensuring your home is always in top condition. Our family’s dedication extends beyond just business—my daughter also contributes by helping with cleanings, ensuring that everything is perfect for each guest’s arrival. We manage your property as if it were our own, so you can enjoy the benefits of your investment without the stress of day-to-day management.
In addition to short-term stays, we offer comprehensive management for mid-term rentals—ideal for homeowners seeking renters for extended stays without the commitment of long-term tenants. I have had success partnering with Furnished Finder and hosting Traveling Nurses/Medical Professionals. At Morgan Elite, we handle everything from guest vetting and rental agreements to coordinating cleanings and maintenance. Just as with short-term rentals, we ensure your property remains in pristine condition, whether by scheduling professional cleaners or rolling up our sleeves to handle it ourselves. My husband is always available for light repairs, while my daughter helps maintain the high standards we hold ourselves to. I’m Samantha, and I handle the day-to-day operations with the invaluable assistance of our daughter, Kamryn, who is learning the ropes and adding fresh energy and dedication to our work. Our family’s connection doesn’t stop there; my husband Kris, a commercial fisherman that works in Alaska, may be gone for a couple of months at a time, but when he’s home, he’s a hands-on asset. Together, we tackle essential maintenance and preventive work, ensuring that properties under our care are always in top shape.
